Staphylococcus haemolyticus was present and they have kept under observation but haven't started the treatment .
My boy ( 22 days ) will be under observation for 3 days is this normal or do they have to start the treatment right away ?

This is an organism found on skin also of there is no other symptoms then we do not need antibiotics
