Is it Safe to take becasule or B complex or B Colex tablet daily,
i have heating problem, and because of that i face problems like mouth ulcer, gum swelling, almost every day of the month....!!

Yes it is absolutely safe to take vitamin B complex and you can also apply hexigel ointment twice daily. And get an oral prophylaxis i.e scaling and cleaning done by a dentist to get rid of the gum swelling problem.
