Whenever I have to go outside and I know that I have to be on road for considerable amount of time, I feel an urge to clear the bowel. I feel that bowel movement is not clear and hence in every I working days I have to go to bathroom at least three times. However I don't feel the same when I am at home. Pls advise

sir passing bowels is just a habit which v inculcate...many of dem hve dis prob ..wen ever vre out v need a sudden urge to passs...most of d times it jus because vre stressed or anxious dat v feel dat v need to pass it offf...so try to be relaxed nd calm...
if symptoms are too disturbing no harm in tking a surgeon nd gasto opinion
