Constipation
We have a new born 11 days old and my wife had to go through CSection for delivery. She is having constipation issues from yesterday and findings difficult to sit down as well. We consulted a surgeon and he recommended surgery, just wondering if this is advisable given she has to feed baby?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  What does she have exactly? It can't be just constipation. What surgery can be done for constipation? Whats the diagnosis and what is she being operated for? Yes she will be able to feed the baby. Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
