Constipation
I am Suffering with constipation problem..I even drink 3 to 4 ltrs of water..I use thyroxine 25mg in the morning and ravoz l before breakfast okamet 500mg after breakfast...any solution for my constipation problem...

• syrup lactulose (10ml in the morning and night) after food-1 week • isabgol husk (2 spoons in warm water before going to bed)

Hypothyroidism can be frequently associated with constipation. Add dietary fibres to your diet as first line management. Also add laxatives like Milk to diet. This is the first line treatment, if symptoms don't improve,  2nd line of treatment needs to be initiated

Keep check ur thyroid profile normal Increase fiber diet and increase ur after meal water intake  and 30 mins walking or cardio Will be helpful if there is any laxative abuse then stop it
