Constipation
I am diabetic and taking Glycomed 500 SR and Diamicron XR 60 morning & night. Also I am taking Cardace Protect 5 mg and Met neurobion in the night. I am having constipation. The motion is tight and I exert.
Kindly tell me the remedy.

Hello there.
Have a high fiber diet and drink lots of water.
At this age and with all the condition which you suffer from its pretty normal to face these type of symptoms.
Additionally to taking a high fiber diet, take syrup. Duphalac 15ml once a day before bed.
Morning you will feel.better.
Or else you can take bisodyl 2mg two tablets together before bed with lots of water.
