Constipation
Hello doctor 15 days back I have constipation after taking duphalac syrup I have relief . After that it's pain in anal n swelling I think it's hemorrhoids using ointment since 3 days . Any home remedies to cure

Avoid spicy food, Avoid alcohol and smoking if you are addicted to both. Consult a surgeon for haemorrhoids Try to continue the syrup duphalac for next 1 month once daily at night ( 2tsf) Get a paid consultation for further advice

Hi it could be an anal fissure due to the constipation. Get a general surgeon consult. Warm sitz bath twice a day with a drop of savlon.
