For how long duphalac syrup can be taken for chronic anal fissure and constipation. Please help been suffering from painful anal fissure

Duphalac syrup only when required... Don't continue daily... Include fibre rich diet daily, drink plenty of fluids more than 3 to 4 litres per day.. avoid oily and spicy food... If symptoms persist consult a general surgeon for physical examination
