Constipated n cry alt while pooping

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My baby's 2 month old in his first month he used to poop regular,thn after tht he started to poop around interval of 3,4 days and i understand it's quite normal fr 2 to 3 month old baby but he's constipated n cry n scream alot ,become very strained while pooping. What can I do fr tht ,any home remedy or something to sort out this problem n yeah I frequently feed him breast milk but still if theres anything I can do

2 month olds usually don't get constipated. If the child is straining and crying during passing stools, please visit a pediatrician. Will have to look for any mechanical obstructions.
