Is it possible that CT Angieo report may be wrong particularly when First report is normal and SECOND report (on same film/test) says that there is saccular aneurysm measuring 8x4 mm in axial dimension arising from right supra clinoid ICA

You can undergo DSA. DSA is digital subtraction angiography.
