Constant runny nose and throat pain
I've been having a runny nose for a few days now along with severe throat pain. I am inhaling steam and doing the basics to get better.

You might be suffering from acute viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat infection in this season usually presents with cold cough and throat pain. Usually it is a self resolving condition and you may require symptoms relieving medications such as anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops
