Constant itching and sore

Asked for Female, 18 Years

Last night i took some melatonin and about 5 minutes later my (outside) throat started to itch so I took some benadryl and it helped for about an hour and come this morning it is happening again

You may be suffering from allergy of the throat which causes itching of throat. You may need to take better antihistamine medication such as cetrizine or levocetrizine as benadryl can cause sedation leading to loss of activity
