Constant itching and discomfort

Hi I am 35 year's old female and over the last 2 months, I am experiencing lot of discomfort due to dryness and itching in my clitoris I've tried vwash and dettol washes but not much of help. Any help will be appreciated Thanks

Avoid overenthusiastic use of dettol and soap.wash your private parts twice a day with simple soap and water and with water only after going to washroom and pat dry.change wet undergarments frequently. Use any anti fungal medicines under a doctor's prescription.
