I have been facing issue while sleeping. I feel like falling down while laying down. I feels like my head is very heavy. Iam not able to pur hand on my head. If my hand touches to my head i can't sleep. Please suggest.

This is normal to some ppl with anxiety just ignore it can be a normal reaction to some events. Take hot milk before going to bed . Read some good book and sleep . If it still persist then have a visit with a psychiatrists
