Constant headspins, body weakness

Asked for Male, 50 Years

Last year my father had a heart attack and well it has been treated well . But after a year he feels the following 1.Head spins 2.Weak body 3.fluctuating blood pressure Whoever reads this please help me. His the only hope in the family and im still a student with no legal age to work. will eagerly wait for your reply
