  3. Constant headache. Of hiv infection?

Constant headache
Im married 35 year men. I had unprotected sex nearly 15-20 January 2018 with someone else. From 25th Feb i having headache till date, sometime feel tired also.On 25th Feb have migraine type headache n also vomited. Is this symptoms of HIV infection? My vitamins D n B12 is low.
