TAB LEVOFLOXACILLINE 500 ONE PER DAY FOR FIVE DAYS.
TSB UROSPAS TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR PAIN DURING MICTURATION.
TAB NIMPREX ONCE OR AS REQUIRED AFTER FOOD.
