I have been having contanct headache problem, i am having Cynus problem, recently there is a muscle pain on my shoulder and back

Hi, You should consult your physician and get yourself examined to confirm your diagnosis. You also need few investigations like complete blood count and XRay PNS.. You may take these medicines after consulting your physician. Tab crocin 650 mg 1 tab sos. Nasivion nasal 1 drop thrice daily
