I have been having headaches for over 5 years. Taken all reports mri, ctscan, etc. Finally doctor said i have trigemunal neuralgia. They gave me medicines but its not that effective. Please help

Need more details regarding your headache to be able to come to a conclusion.
Normal imaging that is ct scan and mri means there is no structural abnormality .
Vascular headache is a possibility but need more information.
