Constant head and face pressure
Disagnosed with sinitus. Took 10 days of Augmenten. The symptoms got a little bit better, however I still feel dizzy. Went back to the doctor and he prescribed Levaquen. I was hesitant to take this because of the side effects. He changed my prescription to another 10 days of Augmenten. Will that be safe or recommen to take another 10 days of an antibiotic?

I can understand your concern.
I don't know whom you have consulted.
But I have a feeling that you haven't consulted a ENT specialist.
So better to get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
