Constant blocked nose
Hi I started having a blocked nose for about 6 months so i started using a vics nasal spray and it was working but I ended up using it for about 5 months which made it worse I stopped using that 6 months ago and since then I've just had a constant blocked nose I tried anti histamines and they didn't work, I had a look and it seems to be that my right nostril has a smaller airway than the left, don't know if that has anything to do with It though. I am using the spray again but don't rea want to!

There are many causes for nasal obstruction such as deviated nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, inferior turbinate, polyposis etc. Treatment depends on diagnosis
