Consistent Head Ache. Medicine!

I have consistent head ache since 2 years on either side of the forehead. This pain aggravates during the day. I had undergone a basic treatment for Sinus but to less relief. Earlier I used to have slight blocked nose while getting up in the morning but now that problem is not there. Eye check up has been done and its normal. Sometimes head ache happens from early in the morning and grows on during the day. It is really difficult to concentrate on work. I am working as a Consultant at Deloitte. Please suggest some effective medicine. Please find attached prescription of a doctor whom I consulted for head ache and stomach ache. Apart from a couple of medicine of stomach ache the other's are of head ache. I have done the complete course, apart from morning cough I don't have relief in head ache. Please suggest some effective medicine
