Spontaneous Consistent facial pain on right side with pain near ear, cheek bone, jawline, tooth, chin. Pain at random spots sometime pain is present at all the mentioned areas. it gets severe with sweating. Wind touch chewing etc not triggering pain. Night sweating present.
