I have a congenital hairy nevus that is present on my one hip and some portion of thighs(i.e.on one bathing trunk) It is cosmetically not noticeable so not m uch of a problem but can it be removed completely using surgery which doesn't involve skin grafting method. Will it be increased after I remove the hairs using zero machine or will it remain as the same percentage of skin as it was at the time of birth.

Hi Greetings, Thank you for the detailed history. kindly add in the exact size of the lesion / or you could send the photo - this would help me suggest surgical or non surgical management option. Laser treatment is a viable non surgical treatment option that does not involve skin grafting. snaps can be sent to follow up messaging, Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal
