Confusion of gynecomastia or chest fat
I'm confused whether I'm having gyno or chest fat. I feel my chest like breast since when i was 14 or 15. it's little not much. even people can't notice but. for it i have to wear tight inner.I have been working out since 1.5 years but its there. my nipples are puffy and when I'm wet they get shreded and chesf looks better.it feels so soft to touch
