Confusion, brain fog
Please help.. I am lacking focus and often lands up in confusion and numbness, feeling very dark in the brain i assume that's because excess of alcohol intake now i stopped.. Nerves not responding i am out of control .. Whom i have to consult? i'm already in touch with my psychiatrist. Can a Neurosurgeon have a better idea?

A physician would also do a good job of diagnosis and treatment. Get a basic profile done along with Vitamin B12 & D3 levels. Consult him with your reports.
