Asked for Male, 25 Years

Before 1.5 years while removing wax from earbud, i got hurt on ewrdrum, no infections happened. Just taken antibiotic, no hearing loss was there, only just a dott shape mark was there at that time. Now when i visited to doctor again, they are not able to see any micro mark on eardrum. Is it natural for eardrum small mark to be invisible ?
