Concerns of sepsis
Woke up with oral temperature of 95.5, slowing increasing to 96.5 as u continued to temp. Used an ear probe, temp reached 97.4, anal probe reached 98. No other symptoms currently. I have a usually high heart rate, however resting I haven't been reaching above 90bpm.

All the readings mentioned above are normal. You have no other symptoms either. That means you are healthy currently. Is there any reason as to why you are measuring your temperature?
