Concerning x ray report .
Was being evaluated for a low grade fever .Had a chest x-ray that showed concerning results . Hilar prominence and bronchovasular dilation. I have no symptoms and no pre existing conditions. Is this heart related issue or lung related issue ? Do I need to get further tested or evaluated

Lots of variables here. How long has the  fever been for? Any weight loss? I think getting a Chest CT would be a good idea overall.
