Concern regarding glasses
I am a 25 year old female.I recently went for an eye examination randomly. And got -0.50 vision in both eyes. Should i wear glasses? Also a lot of my time is spent on screens. Please kindly give advice about how should i proceed

Hi...it is a very minor number .if you dont have any difficulty in distance vision, it is ok not to wear. For screen time ..follow guidelines for computer vision syndrome .. Google, read and follow please .
