Concern about possible injury near eye

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Car door rocked back towers my face as I was leaning down to get in and it struck me near the eye. Very little bleed and a red spot where I was struck. Does not sting when washed with soap or alcohol is applied. should I be concerned?
