Good evening..I was diagnosed with PCOS four years ago and I used medication.my period date in Oct is 13th and I had intercourse on 29th of oct.My LMP is on 14th November and I stopped using my medicine Diane35 in November after my period.i didn't get my period in December.i even tried using Deviry 10 mg for three days and yet no period.does this indicate conception?Please help me..I am so worried

Hi, please get your ultrasound examination done. It will clarify things. Don't take medicines on your own, without consulting. Answering same question by different patients. Realise one thing PCO is lifestyle disorder. If you control your weight , you can control all your body problems. Thyroid disorder has to be treated for sometime. PCO control requires triad of Diet, exercise and lifestyle modification. Medicines are extra to above if you can't control. Diet: Get dietician consultation done. Small frequent meals, no extra oil calories and salt. No fast food. Normal Indian food is best. Lifestyle modification: Keep your day  and night schedule healthy. Avoid infrequent night schedules. Try to sleep for 8 hours. Avoid nightingale and alcohol and tobacco. Stress causes binge eating. Exercise: Moderate exercise , Yoga and meditation helps healing up process. Keeps you calm and avoids stress. Medicines : Most of the time it's COCs and supplements like Myoinositol and D chyroinositol with Vitamin D3 supplements.
