Sir, madam, I'm a software engineer working from 5 years. Due to lot of sitting I'm getting lot of back pain and neck pains , leg pains. If u so yoga my spinal cod is paining a lot. Any advice or suggestion for software's guys.plz?thank you doc.

you to fallow ergonomic postures, daily do back exercises to keep back muscles strong, consult physiotherapist get stretching exercises and strengthening exercises done
