Complicated Situation
I am a 27 years old guy, not properly settled yet, do not have a good proper paying job. I feel that i am reason for my current situation. I have opted for the CA course in 2018, after a 1 year gap in my studies. I had taken this step after having interest in it. I have completed my trainings and till now i am not able to prepare for the exams, i am always have same excuse of not preparing for exams. Delaying the things and procasinating daily, which has led my career in a difficult situation. My family members are asking about the career and the studies, but i smile and say i will do it. But from inside i feel helpless as i am not able to do my best till now and i haven't tried fully yet. Still i have the mind to study again with full focus. But my laziness and procasination has dramitically affected my studies and psychologically. What to do now, kindly help me !

You are not able to prepare for exam because you feel you are procrastinating. Consult a psychologist and explain about your passion which is to be a chartered accountant. Don't worry about not having the motivation to prepare for exams, there are times when it is natural to not feel motivated. You can gradually start preparing for exams, don't push yourself too much. You can gradually work on overcoming procrastination. You can start by studying for short period of time and then increase the duration of study. You can build your career it is not late. It seems to be performance anxiety due to any traumatic cause. Cause needs to be ruled out. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hi dear, You need therapy sessions to overcome this situation. You need to set a goal and then pursue it. Making a routine will help. Try meditation and practice deep breathing. Try to maintain a healthy sleep routine, and then when you wake up fresh in the morning, prepare a day plan and act accordingly. Go out for walks, do activities which you like. For proper guidance, consult.

Hi, surrounding situations, internal suffocation due to suppression & not able to process the information properly is affecting focus, leading to overthinking & procrastination. Hi.. Our mind generates obstacles when it is burdened by fear of failure and what follows as a consequence. Success in any field requires consistent efforts, focus on task at hand, and self efficacy, i.e., belief in one's own competence. We often overrate innate attributes but they are also beatable with proper guidance and effort. The environment does puts some constraints but again we can exercise our will on the environment.
