Complex Situation. What called anxiety?

2.5 months back got to know about my thyroid n cholesterol level.were high took medication for same but feel exhausted n drained every day. Had stomach ache as well took medication for gastric, blood pressure is fluctuating average remains 130/90 but reached 160/100 last week as well. Consulted 2,3 physician all gave medicine n said its normal but not feeling well from inside sometime pain occurs in chest n various parts of body. From last one week right ear remains heavy wo pain n a sound of zzzzzz comes although not a regular pain but from 3 months im living like a patient of 50 yrs of age.please guide what to do . Do i need to consult some cardio .head also remains heavy. Is it something serious or it what called anxiety?
