Complete obstruction of esophagus
My whole esophagus is completely narrowed even dilatation isn't possible, all nearby doctors are suggesting to replace it with colon but i don't wanna go for it. Is there any endoscopic surgery like opening with laser or needle knife stricturotomy possible to open esophagus completely? Endoscopy attached

Please go for surgery. If you waste time now, then you will go malnourished, after that you won't be able to tolerate surgery too. So please go for surgery. Don't waste time.
