Complete blood count
I had Complete blood count (CBC) in Sep 2015, in which my thalassaemia (Mentzer Index formula) index was 27.69. I again did CBC in Jan 2017, now it came 20.58. Can thalassaemia screening come different for the same person?

It is not necessary to get done this often but if u have any doubts u can consult a Hematologist.
