Common cold
I keep contracting common cold every now and then like once in 2 months. Often happens when I go out in cold or sit near AC. Is this normal? Is it because of low immunity? How can it be cured?

hey ,you might be temperature sensitive , its common for some people, so better to avoid cold places ,food times etc.. take nutritional food items , and allergy have no cure so better to avoid allergens
