Comminuted fracture of patella

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I had an accident on 5th Nov due to which my left leg has comminuted fractured on patella (in X-ray, 4pcs)and I can't move my leg, as per doctor the patella is not dislocated, so please suggest my is this need surgery or not
