Color change of Semen. Happening to me?

This happened a few months back and it's not constant. I was masturbating and I saw that my semen had a tinge of pink/red in it. After that I stopped masturbating for few weeks then it was normal then when I masturbated the next day the colour was again changed to tinge of Red/Pink then next day it was as brown as mud. I tried after few months the color is brownish sometimes and sometimes it's normal. I'm not having any issues in my body, no pain, no swelling, no issues in urination also. Testicular region also doesn't hurt. A doctor shared his opinion that you don't need to worry if you don't have pain jn testicular region. You need to worry if this goes on. I can't understand this and I don't know which doctor to consult this for and how to tell my family for doctor consultation. Please suggest what is happening to me?
