My colestrol is 207 and LDL colestrol is 207.can it be cure by diet.currently doctor prescribed Atorva 20 for 1 month and again colestrol checkuo after 1 month

Diet is an important part of management of high cholesterol....u have to be strict on diet as well as exercise.
If not controlled then drugs will surely be needed as your LDL is quite high
