Cold with chest pain

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I am having cold with dry throat and chest congestion . Every time i cough, lot of sputum comes out with different colours ( from dark yellow to grey) due to which i feel breathlessness . cracks have appeared at the mouth roof. I smoke sometimes but i seriously don't know what is happening. Any suggestions docs?
