Cold tight dull pain in chest chronic
I have chronic tightness and dull pain in chest, in the centre mainly but it feels like it moves slightly left or right randomly. It feels slightly cold or chilled, eg how spirit evaporation feels. I have an oximeter which currently shows Heart Rate in the 90s and spo2 98.
I do tend to have a tachycardic state. The times when I have felt like this is when I used to have panic attacks and earlier during AUD hangovers... Sometimes I have to breathe with effort.
