My hands and feet turn ice cold as soon as I lay down. No matter which way my legs are positioned, my feet turn ice cold. My hands do it mostly if my hands are raised, say to read a book or look at my phone. They can regain warmth if I keep my arms flat for a while and my feet can warm up if I bundle them up really well, along with ted stockings. My doctor was confused by this as she said “circulation improves when laying down.” Not sure what to make of it all.
