body heat inside or outside (climate)? hypertension/carcinoma/sinusitis.
Next Steps
consult ent specialist.if body heat from inside. it is due to only coinciding with climate drink lot of fluids.avoid direct sunlight.

Drink coconut water and plenty of other fuids.
Dont go out in sun without an umbrella.
Have food on time.
Always carry a water bottle with you when you go out.
