Cold and weakness
I am feeling v weak and giddy with very bad cold since 4 days . And just like having fever but i dont have temperature. Please advise

use prednisolone 20mg bd for 2 days followed by 10 mgf or 2 days ,prochlorperazine 5mg bd for 2 days ,levocitrizine 5mg /once daily in evening for 3 days .if symptoms are not relieved or any new symptoms appeared. consult ent specialist.
Health Tips
avoid cold weather and cold drinks.if you want to go out in a cold weather use some cloth or any hygenic material to cover your face.

Hello there...I can understand your concern. from your description it looks like you could be suffering from upper respiratory tract infection. you will need detailed clinical examination and further investigations. you might require oral antibiotics also depending on severity of infection. so kindly consult a Ent specialist for further evaluation. at home try to do steam inhalation and drink plenty of fluids.
