Cold and sneazing
Almost 20 days a month i am suffering from cold as soon as i wakeup after few mins with cold air touches my nose i will start sneazing .Tried medicine and dabur chyamprash from local store but after few days it starts again.Help me with it

Maybe be due to allergy to the blanket, bedsheets etc...try to find allergen and avoid it that would be best treatment for you...Consult nearest allergy clinic or ent specialist they will do the needful.
