Cold and kharash in throught
I have been cold last two dayd.and infection in throught from yesterday.
Ist day we take two tablet citrizin with in 2hrs to stop running nose.
That day night take 1 tablet chesten in cold.
Now throught prblem and slight body pain.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Montek-Lc twice a day after food for 2 days.
Drink warm water . Do warm salt water gargles thrice a day.
