For a persistent cough and cold, reinfection or frequent exposure to allergen is the factor.
Though homeopathy doesn't have specifics so you have to visit a homeopath near you, still you can have few doses of following remedies as effective remedy
1. Causticum 30 once daily for 10 days
2. Drosera 06 twice daily for 10 days

Hello....... Allergic cold and cough stays for longer period of time, cause for allergy should be identified.. Some are allergic to cold weather, dust, moulding or food, doctor will do skin prick test to know the causitive agent, consult allergist, immunotherpy may help you..
