Cold and bad throat
Dr. I suffer from cold in which water keeps on dropping from nose and bad throat I can't talk properly and this problem I suffer very frequently I take allopathic medicine get ok then again within few days I get cold n bad throat I take steam green teas what medicine I should take for whole my life on regular basis.

You are suffering from chronic allergic rhinitis. U should avoid spicy oily n fried food. Avoid exposure to cold and cold food items. Need to practice yoga exercises , specially pranayam atleast for 30 min daily . Start with ayurvedic immunoboosters .

Hello, according to your symptoms its chronic reccurent rhinitis ( jirn pratishay ). Do you have family history of ASTHMA ? If yes treatment changes accordingly . Whenever you feel like cold visit ayurvedic consultant each time ,your problem will be cure completely. Allopathic medicines suppreses diseases won't cure from root. U can start Sitopaladi churn 1/2 spoon daily with water for 15 days.u can consult online too
